Full description
'Watching the Butterflies' is an original painting showing a beautiful fox watching three butterflies flitter about. It's been created using watercolour paint, watercolour pencils and polychromo pencils on a beautiful piece of reclaimed wood. It measures approximately 17x32cm at its widest points with a depth of 3cm.
The wood itself has been sanded before being treated for potential woodworm. On completion the piece has been sprayed with a light varnish which gives no sheen but offers artwork protection and longevity.
'Watching the Butterflies' will come signed at the front with a sticker of 'authenticity' at the back. It will also come with hooks and twine fitted, ready for hanging in your home, although this piece will stand unaided on a flat surface.
The perfect gift for any fox and wildlife lover, adding a touch of rustic charm to your home.
