Hi and welcome to Born Again Bears. This name began as the first bears I made were as keepsakes and memories, made by bringing precious items back to new beginnings as special bears to cherish.
I enjoy making all different types and sizes of bears and indeed mice and have enjoyed becoming part of the Folksy family as an outlet for this.
International postage is a new area for me and I will happily combine postage. Please contact me for a price for this and I will do what I can to keep the cost as low as possible.

A little bird told me' ......well anything to want to say to someone special really.
I have hung a white card heart on a ribbon so that when the box is opened it dangles with any message you care to write on there. It could be a special day or just to cheer someone up. Inside the box is a cute little bird hand sewn from wool felt, with crochet detail wings and a French Knot eye, a little ribbon bow to complete the look. This is a hanging decoration and would make a thoughtful keepsake and together with the box is a present/card combination. I have several of these little birds listed separately for you to choose from. The felts are many and varied so each one will be unique.
This little bird is made from a felted piece of Scottish hand woven wool material with a speckled design in blues and on the reverse a plain deep blue coloured wool felt from a jumper. I like to repurpose beautiful fabrics and have been collecting (hoarding) for many years for projects such as this. I have used a blue ribbon to tie round the tissue paper and to dangle the heart. The bird measures approx. 4 inches x 2 inches and the gift box is a 4 inch square.
I have hand written 'a little bird told me' on the box, however I can send this without that written on if it's not appropriate for your occasion, just leave a message.
The box has my stamp on it and will be posted inside a recycled plastic bag.
These are not intended as toys for young children.
