Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

I request that all items are returned in their original LynnsGemCreations packaging and in the condition in which they were received. I strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags or discarding packaging.... Jewellery with tags removed will not be refunded! I cannot accept returned items that have been 'worn or used'. I do not accept returns on earrings for health reasons. Please make sure that on the package you 'mark it as a return', i will not be responsible for customs charges for a returned item. Also any costs incurred by Lynnsgemcreations for the parcel being returned due to non delivery/collection will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Sapphire and Clear Crystal Gold Necklace, Regency Inspired Jewellery.
Beautiful sapphire blue and clear flower necklace, Victorian style choker in gold plating.
The necklace measures 13 inches with the chain, with a 3.5 inch extension chain. Please message me if you need a longershorter length.
The necklace components are made with stainless steel which is nickel and lead free.
It will come safetly packaged in a gift bag ready for gifting.
