You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Every design is created with care and professionally printed to create beautiful keepsakes for your home, nursery, celebration or special occasion.

MY PRINTS
- All prints are supplied unframed.
- All listings are professionally printed and posted within the UK.
- I use high quality 280gsm Satin Paper and ink to ensure the best possible finish.
- Personalised items will be printed exactly as the information provided at checkout, so please double check all spellings and dates before ordering.
- Custom sizes may be available upon request. Please message me before ordering to discuss your requirements.
- Colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and monitor displays.
PROCESSING TIMES & DELIVERY
- 1-2 days processing time
- Orders are typically sent via 48h TRACKED ROYAL MAIL or via Evri.
- There may be an option to upgrade to 24h TRACKED ROYAL MAIL for an extra £1
- All orders are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- A3 prints may be sent in postal tubes or book wrap mailers (depending on quantity), smaller prints are sent in hard backed envelopes.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order, as buyers are responsible for any incorrect address info provided.
- Please note delivery dates shown are an estimate and can change due to courier delays.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the personalised nature of many prints, returns and refunds may not be available on custom made items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Refunds cannot be issued for delays caused by postal or courier services once order has been despatched.
