This is an original mixed media painting featuring red and white wildflowers. I studied a small patch of wildflowers emerging close to my home, over several weeks. They provided great inspiration for this original painting and others. I have used handmade collage papers, oil pastels, acrylic paint and a variety of glazes. A very warm welcome to my collection of original artwork. I just love creating pieces that captures the rugged beauty of the landscape or a moment in time. Prior to posting, the artwork will be carefully encased in a protective wrap then secured in heavy duty packaging. If possible I will reuse appropriate materials to ensure each piece is safe during transit.
