Original Scottish landscape painting - Airlie Monument - wildflowers - easel

This is a small Scottish landscape painting. It is based on visits to Airlie monument in Angus, Scotland. The woodland path is surrounded by a sea of colourful wildflowers. The sky is a deep yellow to suggest a beautiful sunny day. The artwork has been completed in professional quality acrylics. I have used brushes, painting knives and my fingers to apply thick layers of acrylic paint across the canvas panel. This small painting will brighten up any small space and provide a sense of joy at being outside. This painting would look great on a shelf or side table, resting on its own easel.
