A recycling project - I had already used the front fastening of a man's denim shirt to make the back of a patchwork cushion, so this peg bag makes good use of the back and one sleeve! The lining fabrics are new.

Full description
This is a fully lined peg bag carefully made using indigo denim reclaimed from a skirt. I've incorporated the side seams of the skirt into the design front and back. The back is lined with a navy cotton print, this fabric is new and you can see it through the opening. Upper and lower fronts are lined with plain cotton lining fabric. I have made bias binding from the navy fabric to bind the opening. Finished with a 'Handmade with Love' button.
On a wooden coat hanger so it can hang on your line, in your kitchen or laundry room. The design of my peg bags means that the upper and lower fronts are both supported by the hanger, which gives them added strength.
Measures about 31cm wide x 39cm high (not including the hook).
I have used an overlocking stitch all around the inside seams for strength and neatness.
This item is ready to ship. I use second class postage to keep cost to the customer as low as possible. Items will be wrapped in new tissue paper, while I will use recycled outer wrapping if I have some available to reduce environmental impact.
