I made this lino print following a visit to the Lake District in springtime. I had been looking for inspiration for printmaking, and when I saw the black and white Belted Galloway cows grazing at Tarn Hows I thought they would make the perfect subject.

Full description
An original lino print inspired by a walk on the spring equinox in March, also known as Ostara in the wheel of the year.
Printed in black with Cranfield Caligo Safe Wash Relief Ink on Ho-Sho paper - a lightweight Japanese washi paper.
Paper size: approx. 19.5 x 27.9cm (7.75 x 11") - this is slightly smaller than A4
Print size: approx. 15.5 x 20.5cm (6 x 8")
Would fit a mount with a window size 7 x 9" to include a space around the print and the mount.
Sold unframed
Open edition print.
Print will come titled and signed underneath the printed image.
As these are printed by hand each print is unique and may vary slightly in finish
Prints are packaged in a biodegradable cello bag with greyboard backing for support, and posted in a board back envelope.
