Based on part of a four-day residential slow stitching retreat which was held at my creative workshops venue before retiring, this 34-page digital workbook invites you to create a patchwork of emotional responses using simple hand stitching, fabric scraps and intuitive making.
Each patch becomes a small expression of a feeling, memory or experience. Together, they form a textile record of your inner landscape, created through colour, texture, stitch and personal symbolism rather than words alone.
