Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Original signed artwork - no prints will be made from this, so truly a one of a kind artwork to own.
Titled "Heather and Gorse", this is an acrylic painting on a canvas board, with a matte varnish finish, mounted in a frame with glass. Its an imaginary landscape inspired by Dartmoor and heathlands, and the contrasting colours of purple heather and yellow gorse. The rear of the artwork does have a certificate of authenticity attached (although cannot currently be seen when framed). The certificate is signed and gives the size, name, date and materials used. Copyright remains with artist.
Approx 20cm x 25cm artwork, plus frame. Has wall mounting fittings but can also be tabletop displayed.
