Full description
A hand made beach inspired candle stick holder - Wheel thrown and brush on glazed to create a beautiful unique design. A mixture of glazes has been used to achieve the blue, green and sandy speckled reaction you can see inside the dish. This blend of colours reminds me of the ever changing shoreline along the pebbled beaches in Devon.
After a walk down to the sea front, followed by beach zooomie's. We love to snuggle on the sofa with Rodney the dog, a hot cup of coffee(in a handmade mug of course), kindles in hand and light a candle for ultimate cosy vibes. So I created these vintage inspired candle holders to add a touch of warmth and light to bookshelves, coffee tables and cosy corners for those cosy wet weather afternoons on the sofa.
Dishes can be used to hold small trinkets but I would advise using a non drip candle to prevent any wax falling onto precious items.
This dish measures approximately 13.5cm in diameter. Most standard dinner candle sticks will fit although some may need a little push into place. Letting a little wax drip into the holder before placing the candle in can also help secure any small sticks.
My candle stick holders are protective wrapped, then tissue paper wrapped, boxed and they come with a candle(candles may drip) - perfect for gifting!
