You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Returns & Exchanges We want you to be completely in love with your The Elyra candle. However, if you change your mind, we happily accept returns under the following conditions: Timeframe: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of a return, and send the item back within 30 days. Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the candle must be completely unused, unlit, and in its original, undamaged packaging (including the presentation tube). Return Shipping: Unless the item arrives damaged or faulty, buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund if the package is lost in transit. Damaged or Faulty Items In the unlikely event that your candle arrives damaged or broken during transit, please take a clear photo of the item and its packaging and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund for you right away.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
