All the items are unique and hand crafted with love.
We make a minimum donation of 10% of the cost of every item sold to Monmouthshire Mind registered charity (1150165).
Please note that all cards are delivered in a rigid bubble or cardboard envelope. For larger items we use recycled and reused packaging where possible. This will include bubble wrap and plastic packaging which we hope you can reuse. All items are sent by Royal Mail second class delivery.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Send a warm, comforting hug through the post with this hand-decorated bear greetings card. Perfect as a thoughtful reminder for a friend, family member, or loved one who needs to slow down.
This unique card features an adorable, cuddly brown bear sitting in soft green foliage. It features the quote, "Sending you a giant, cosy, 'it's okay to rest' hug."
Each card is designed and printed by me, then individually hand-decorated using alcohol inks on textured watercolour paper and finished with fine line pen for detail.
The textured watercolour paper artwork is mounted onto sturdy premium card stock with smooth rounded corners, giving it a soft finish.
The square card measures 15 x 15 cms.
It is blank inside for your own personal message, making it incredibly versatile for mental health support, get well soon wishes, sympathy gestures, or a simple thinking of you note.
Please note that due to the bespoke nature of the hand-decorating process, subtle differences in shading and tone will occur, making your card a true one-of-a-kind original.
