Handmade Cedar Wooden Bowl
This beautiful wooden bowl has been hand turned from cedar, showcasing the warm colour, natural grain and distinctive character of this lovely timber.
Cedar is traditionally valued for its pleasant natural aroma and its long-standing association with helping to discourage insects. The bowl has been carefully turned, sanded and finished by hand in our small Lancashire workshop, with a smooth surface and subtle lustre from carnauba wax.
At approximately 200mm (8 inches) in diameter and 75mm (3 inches) deep, it is a versatile piece that can be used as a fruit bowl, for displaying dry decorative items, or simply as a natural wooden feature in the home.
The natural variation in the cedar grain and colour makes this a unique handmade piece.

Approximately 200mm diameter x 75mm deep.
Finish and Care:
Hand sanded and finished with carnauba wax to enhance the natural beauty of the timber and provide a soft sheen.
Please keep the bowl dry and clean with a soft, dry cloth. It can be used for displaying fruit, but please avoid leaving wet contents or moisture sitting in the bowl, as water can mark the wax finish.
Thoughtful Packaging:
Wherever possible, I reuse sturdy cardboard boxes and packaging, giving them a second life rather than sending them to waste. Your piece will be carefully wrapped in eco-friendly tissue paper, sealed with a handmade RGH Woodturning sticker, and packed using paper tape and twine instead of plastic tape.
Bubble wrap is sometimes used when necessary for extra protection, but it is always reused. If included, please consider reusing it too.
A little less waste, without compromising the safe arrival of your handmade piece.
