Full description
This is a special fascinator made with 100% wool tartan and grouse feathers. It sits on a metal headband covered in black ribbon. The fascinator is further decorated with a tartan rosette and filigree metal button. It is labelled The Tiny Hat Company which is the name I used for my millinery business. Wear it to a special occasion and identify yourself as Scottish e.g. a wedding abroad.
