Full description
This black silhouette horse picture tile is a complete one-off making it a unique gift for a horse mad animal lover. The green streaky glass background enhances the black silhouette which really stands out against the colour.
The image depicts a horse resting under the shade of a tree, a tranquil scene I've been delighted to see many times as a life long horse owner and resident of the nearby New Forest.
I've created the scene using black glass for the tree and ground and the horse itself I've hand cut from fusing paper. It has all then been fused onto a lovely streaky green glass which I've cut to a shape that adds to the image.
I've mounted the picture in a black acrylic box frame which can either be hung on the wall or placed free standing on a shelf, dresser, bookcase, windowsill or any other flat surface.
The picture tile measures c. 12.5cm x 14cm. The frame measures 20cm x 20cm and is 3.5cm deep.
