All the items are unique and hand crafted with love.
We make a minimum donation of 10% of the cost of every item sold to Monmouthshire Mind registered charity (1150165).
Please note that all cards are delivered in a rigid bubble or cardboard envelope. For larger items we use recycled and reused packaging where possible. This will include bubble wrap and plastic packaging which we hope you can reuse. All items are sent by Royal Mail second class delivery.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

My handmade Button Hugs are designed to offer comfort, reassurance and encouragement during stressful or overwhelming moments. Perfect for exams, anxiety, stress relief, friendship gifts, long-distance love, care packages or simply reminding someone they are cared for.
Each Button Hug is lovingly designed by me and includes a wooden heart button attached to a wellbeing-inspired keepsake card, presented inside a handmade linen-style envelope sealed with a tiny wooden heart.
