Full description
Measuring 4.5x4 cm this mixed media brooch is created from a larger piece of art work that combines, printing, drawing, and pressed flowers from my garden in Malvern, England.
Each design is hand cut, has a light wood veneer back and there is a coat of resin that is ground to a glass like finish. The edges are hand painted and sanded for a vintage feel.
As the design is a combination of layers including wood and card it should not be immersed in water. It can be polished with a soft cloth.
