Crocheted neck warmer mask, made from soft cotton/milk thread yarn and glow in the dark cotton blend. Can be worn with all jackets, hats and even helmets. Perfect to keep those cold winds off your neck and face. And comes with a spooky twist, the cotton thread will absorb sunlight or strong artificial light, then once in the dark can glow for up to 4 hours
