Full description
Handcrafted from a combination of meranti and oak, this end grain chopping board features a distinctive basket weave pattern that highlights the natural contrast between the two hardwoods.
The end grain construction creates a resilient, knife-friendly surface. The fibres absorb impact and help reduce wear on knives, making it suitable for regular food preparation while maintaining its appearance.
With its solid thickness and weight, the board offers excellent stability during use, suitable for both everyday kitchen use and heavier prep work.
Each board is individually made, so variations in grain and colour give every piece its own character.
Finished with a food-safe blend of mineral oil and beeswax to protect the wood and enhance its natural look.
