However, individuals with extreme sensitivities may experience skin reactions to residues, and dust from sanding can cause irritation. Sanding/Grinding (Crucial): While the ring is safe to wear, sanding or cutting cured resin is hazardous. It produces fine dust that can cause severe respiratory irritation, sensitization, and asthma. A dust mask or respirator must be worn during finishing. Food Safety: Once fully cured, many epoxy resins are considered food-safe (non-toxic), but this depends on the specific formulation. Allergic Reactions: While rare with fully cured epoxy, allergic dermatitis (redness, swelling, itching) can occur from prolonged contact with incomplete curing.

The wood inserts are fully integrated into the resin body, giving the ring a unique layered character that only emerges through the turning and finishing process. Each angle reveals subtle variations, making every piece one of a kind.
