- Vetiver is grounding and calming
Apply to your neck, shoulders and wrists breath the fragrance deeply and allow it to transport you to a place of tranquillity
- When the seasons are changing or congestion strikes I have the following blends
Cant Stop Sneezing contains Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint
Change of Seasons contains Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Cypress and Lemon
Simply apply to the neck, chest, behind the ears or swipe under the nose when needed
- Help with sleeping? This blend could be just the thing you need applying behind the ears and wrists
containing Vetiver, Mandarin, Roman Chamomile
- Afternoon Boost is my go to for helping with the afternoon slump contains Grapefruit, Rosemary and Eucalyptus applying behind my ears and swiping a bit on the tip of my nose
All my blends use Fractionated Coconut Oil for the carrier
