Full description
These beautiful earrings have been created using Keum Boo, an ancient Korean technique that fuses 24 carat gold foil into sterling silver using heat and pressure.
The silver discs are 1 cm in diameter at its widest. They have been pressed through a rolling mill with a leaf skeleton on top, to produce the beautiful texture on them. and 24 carat gold leaf has been added to them. The texture of the studs, combined with the contrast of the silver and gold colours, make these studs an understated, yet elegant piece to wear.
These drop earrings measure 1 cm in diameter.
All my pieces are lovingly handmade in South London. These earrings will be sent in a small black box with cotton padding inside. They can be sent directly as a gift to someone else, with a handwritten message. To do so, just send me a message at the time of purchase to let me know where to send them.
Your earrings will be sent by Royal Mail, 48 hour tracked delivery.
Hallmarking - The Hallmarking Act (1973) mandates that any sterling silver product over 7.78 grams must be hallmarked by a UK Assay Office. Pieces below this threshold are not required to be hallmarked, and as such, these earrings have not been hallmarked.
