Full description
This ceramic artwork is handcut and layered with subtle gradations of clay to create a bas-relief work inspired in part by Pictish carvings, and of course also by the majestic movements of hares sparring. The panel is glazed by hand - in fact, the entire thing is handmade. As we transition to a season of stubbly, ochre-toned fields and long slanting panels of sunlight, this one-off piece of artwork would illuminate any wall.
This work is also professionally framed by a local framer.
Dimensions: approx. 7 by 7" by 0.75" (depth)
