Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Handcrafted using gold toned hooks and butterfly charms. All earring posts, studs and hoops are lead and nickel free.
Earring length - 3 cm
Because every pair is handmade, each design is completely unique. While I take great care to ensure a neat, professional finish, please allow for slight variations/imperfections. These earrings are incredibly lightweight and comfortable, ideal for all day wear.
Delivery & Returns:
Your earrings will be carefully wrapped and sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
I accept returns or exchanges on unworn earrings, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to message me and I'll do my best to help.

These earrings are not toys and are not suitable for small children. They contain small parts which may present a choking hazard.
Jewellery Care:
Polymer clay is strong but should be treated with care. Please remove earrings before sleeping, swimming, or exercising. Avoid direct contact with perfumes or sprays, and store them in a soft pouch or box to prevent scratches. To clean, gently wipe with a damp cloth.
