You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Returns & Refund Policy Thank you for supporting handmade craftsmanship. Please read the policy below before making a purchase. Returns Due to the handmade nature of my items, I only accept returns under specific conditions: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery The bag must be unused, in original condition, and with any original packaging Proof of purchase is required I do not accept returns for: Custom or personalised orders Minor variations or perceived imperfections in colour, texture, or stitching (these are part of the handmade process) Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty: Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery Include clear photos of the issue I will offer a repair, or a full or partial refund, depending on the situation Refunds Once your return is received and inspected: You will be notified of approval or rejection Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days Refunds will be issued to your original payment

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
