This star was inspired by the layered warmth of golden light — the frosted glow of gluechip glass, the deep honey of amber, and the magical shimmer of iridescence. Together they echo the feeling of candlelight on winter evenings or sunlight filtering through autumn leaves.
The mix of textures gives the star a lively, shifting character: some points sparkle, some glow softly, and others shine with a subtle rainbow sheen. It’s a piece designed to bring warmth and gentle radiance to any window or cosy corner.
Safety information
This item is glass and therefore breakable. Please handle with care and secure the item to a fixed point. All edges have been ground to remove sharpness. Consider how you display the glass and that it is in a safe location away from wagging dog tails or small hands! Lead solder has been used but this is very low risk. However, I always wash my hands after handling to reduce the risk to zero.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
This hand crafted stained glass star is made from five beautiful pieces of golden glass in three complementary styles:
Two points in pale yellow gluechip with delicate frosted patterns
One point in rich dark amber gluechip for depth and warmth
Two points in iridescent golden yellow that shimmer with subtle rainbow tones
Together they create a star full of texture, light play, and warm golden colour — a piece that glows beautifully near fairy lights, Christmas lights, or a sunny window.
Each piece is edged with copper foil and soldered using the traditional Tiffany method, creating a delicate yet durable finish. The star measures approximately 12 cm high by 10.5 cm wide, including the hanging hook.
Please note: one of the iridescent points contains a small crack within the glass. It does not affect the function or safety of the piece, and the overall look remains beautiful, but the price has been reduced to reflect this imperfection.
Craft glass naturally contains tiny variations and characterful textures, making every star completely unique. Colours have been photographed as faithfully as possible, though they may shift slightly depending on your screen and lighting.
Please ensure that you place (and secure) your glass in a safe location; if the piece falls it is likely to break. The item is not a toy.

Postage cost is for second class, .large letter, tracked delivery. Unused postage costs will be returned.
