This angel was created during a quiet, reflective making session — the kind where time slows and the glass seems to choose its own voice. The pale pink wispy sheet had a softness that felt comforting and gentle, and the iridescent gluechip wing brought a sense of lightness and movement, like a breath of calm air.
As with all my pieces, the process was unhurried and intentional: selecting each section of glass, cutting slowly, foiling mindfully, and soldering with care. These angels are made to bring a moment of stillness to the spaces they inhabit — a small reminder of light, softness, and presence.
Safety information
This item is glass and therefore breakable. Please handle with care and secure the item to a fixed point. All edges have been ground to remove sharpness. Consider how you display the glass and that it is in a safe location away from wagging dog tails or small hands! Lead solder has been used but this is very low risk. However, I always wash my hands after handling to reduce the risk to zero.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Full description
This gentle side facing stained glass angel is crafted from a soft, translucent pale pink wispy glass that gives the cloak and arm a flowing, dreamlike quality. The wing is made from clear iridescent gluechip glass, catching the light in shifting colours and revealing a delicate, feather like texture. The head is a circle of clear glass with a subtle pink tint, completing the calm, harmonious palette.
The finished piece measures approximately 11 cm high (including halo) by 9 cm wide. It can be hung by the halo or displayed in a stand. These angels look especially beautiful when illuminated from behind, where the textures and colours truly glow.
Each piece is hand cut and crafted using the Tiffany copper foil method. Every section of glass is individually foiled, soldered, and carefully cleaned. Craft glass naturally contains small variations and tiny imperfections, making every angel completely unique. We’ve done our best to show the true colours in the photographs.
Please ensure that you place (and secure) your glass in a safe location; if the piece falls it is likely to break. The item is not a toy.
