A Colourful Kaffe Fassett Patchwork Quilt
A beautiful, vibrant handmade patchwork quilt created from a wonderful collection of Kaffe Fassett fabrics, with the occasional Liberty of London quilting-weight fabric adding even more variety and character.
This is a quilt full of colour, pattern and movement. Each individual square has been carefully selected and machine pieced to create a wonderfully eclectic patchwork, bringing together Kaffe Fassett's instantly recognisable jewel-like colours and intricate patterns. No two areas are quite the same, making the quilt a real celebration of colour and fabric.
The quilt has been lovingly handmade from 100% cotton fabrics, with a carefully constructed three-layer design of patchwork top, heirloom-quality wadding and cotton backing.
The binding is particularly special, made from strips of the different fabrics used throughout the quilt, creating a colourful and beautifully coordinated finish.
It would make a wonderful single-bed quilt, or could be used as a generous throw draped over a sofa, chair or bed. Equally, it could simply be enjoyed as a colourful piece of textile art.
