Sirens are humanlike beings with alluring voices; they appear in a scene in the Odyssey in which Odysseus saves his crew s lives.
This diorama depicts a mythological Siren atop her Kraken companion, attempting to satiate her lust for the blood of man during a storm ridden tide.
This diorama was hand made.
