Full description
Created using genuine rounded sea glass collected from the Cumbrian shore, this artwork series was "painted" by allowing the paint-dipped glass to roll freely within a rectangular frame.
The result is a delicate web of intersecting paths—a visual map of gravity and momentum. Because sea glass is naturally irregular, every curve, skip, and splat is entirely unrepeatable.
Medium: High-pigment acrylics and ink on textured watercolour paper.
Colour Palette: Vivid cyan, deep carbon black, and pops of sunset orange, set against a crisp white background.
Style: Action Painting / Abstract Expressionism.
