This design was inspired by the gentle, piebald sheep you sometimes spot in quiet fields — the ones that look as though they’ve wandered out of an illustrated countryside tale. The splodged glass echoes their soft, irregular markings, giving the piece a cosy, storybook feel. I wanted this sheep to feel friendly and familiar, like a small guardian of calm moments, catching the light and bringing a touch of rural whimsy indoors.
Safety information
This item is glass and therefore breakable. Please handle with care and secure the item to a fixed point. All edges have been ground to remove sharpness. Consider how you display the glass and that it is in a safe location away from wagging dog tails or small hands! Lead solder has been used but this is very low risk. However, I always wash my hands after handling to reduce the risk to zero.

Full description
This stained glass sheep suncatcher is a small, characterful piece made with black and white splodged glass for the body and opaque white glass for the face and ears. The mottled patterning gives each sheep a wonderfully unique look — a little patchwork, a little playful — and it glows beautifully when sunlight catches the contrasting tones. Every sheep has its own markings, making each one a one of a kind companion for your window.
Other colours and patterns are available, each with its own personality and charm. Please see the last photo.
The finished sheep has a small hook and measures about eight centimetres in height and about seven centimetres in width. It is a sweet little companion for a window, a cosy corner or a quiet reading space.
Each sheep is hand cut and crafted using the Tiffany foiled glass method. Every section of glass is edged with copper foil, soldered, and cleaned. Craft glass often contains tiny natural marks or variations which make every piece original. Colours are shown as accurately as possible although screens may vary.
Please place and secure your glass in a safe position. If it falls it is likely to break. This item is not a toy.
