I've always loved the tree of life and trees in general. I wanted to make a piece that was bright and vibrant where the leaves and the colours were the focus. It need to be a good size for the tree to have the impact it deserves. I'm really pleased with the outcome.

A celebration of uniqueness. At the heart of the artwork is the sentiment "just like each leaf on a tree, we are all limited editions". each word has been individually stamped, cut and layered by hand, giving the message an organic feel.
The background is built from printed tissue papers, hand inked book pages and lush, vibrant paints. Areas of gilding catch the light adding a touch of opulence and magic.
Every leaf on the tree has been hand cut from the inked papers to create a sense of movement and life.
Size A3 - 30x42cm
Unframed without fixings, allowing you to choose the solution that best suits your setting - though mounting strips from 3M are a good option.
