Inspired by life in the Herefordshire countryside, this mirror was created to celebrate the beauty of natural materials and traditional rural craft. By repurposing ethically sourced pheasant feathers, I wanted to give new life to materials that might otherwise be overlooked, creating a piece that feels both timeless and rooted in the land.

Full description
This handmade mirror is a striking statement piece inspired by the textures and colours of the British countryside. The circular mirror is surrounded by ethically sourced pheasant feathers, carefully layered by hand to create a soft, natural frame full of movement and character.
The rich browns, creams and markings of the feathers give the mirror a warm, organic feel, making it a beautiful addition to country homes, lodges, hallways, bedrooms or snug spaces. Both decorative and functional, it brings a touch of rural heritage to any interior.
Each mirror is individually made, and due to the natural variation in feathers, no two pieces are ever the same.
