I saw an image of someone wearing a hat that I liked; that was the seed from which this hat grew. As the piece developed, it became a more original creation with its own imperfect, fluid and beautifully irregular form - a celebration of individuality over duplication and embracing the notion that fashion can still be personal and expressive.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This hat is a one-of-a-kind creation, shaped entirely by instinct and intuition. Rather than using a set pattern, it evolved, stitch by stitch, blending a selection of yarns through subtle, asymmetric rhythms until the final silhouette emerged.
It isn't mass-produced perfection; it's slow, thoughtful imperfection, shaped by creativity rather than convention.
Created freehand, it is unmistakably individual; this hat doesn't follow a pattern - it sets one!

Each item from The Tangled Palette
is made with a selection of new, preloved & vintage yarns, therefore washing needs to be gentle: a cool, delicates machine cycle (preferably in a separate laundry bag) or wash by hand in cool water, avoiding any excess rubbing (which may cause felting).
Allow to dry naturally (not suitable for tumble drying) and reshape whilst damp, if necessary.
