These wish sticks were inspired by the calming rhythm of colour and the way light moves through opaque and semi‑opaque glass. The seven‑colour sequence echoes the gentle progression of a rainbow or chakra pathway, creating a sense of balance and flow. Choosing the glass is a mindful part of the process — each sheet has its own swirls, clouds and soft transitions that bring depth and harmony to the finished piece.
The long, linear form invites a slower pace of making. Cutting each segment, foiling the edges and soldering them into a straight, even line becomes almost meditative in itself. When the wish stick is lifted to the light for the first time, the colours glow in a way that feels grounding and uplifting. It’s a small piece designed to bring a moment of calm, intention or quiet joy into everyday spaces.
Safety information
This item is glass and therefore breakable. Please handle with care and secure the item to a fixed point. All edges have been ground to remove sharpness. Consider how you display the glass and that it is in a safe location away from wagging dog tails or small hands! Lead solder has been used but this is very low risk. However, I always wash my hands after handling to reduce the risk to zero.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Full description
This listing is for one stained glass rainbow wish stick chakra made with opaque and semi-opaque glass in seven colours. These might be used to aid meditation, self-healing and energy balance.
The finished item, with hook, measures approximately 35 cm high by 5 cm wide. There is one hanging hook at each end so that you can choose which way you wish to hang the glass. It is recommended you fix the hook to two separate points. There is a little flex in the wish stick so please take care not to flex the glass as this will break the joints.
This item is hand cut and crafted using the Tiffany foiled glass method; each piece of glass is edged with copper foil, soldered and cleaned; sometimes a patina is added. Craft glass has unique imperfections making every piece original - we have done our best to faithfully show you the true colours in the photographs.
Please ensure that you place (and secure) your glass in a safe location; if the piece falls it is likely to break. The item is not a toy.
Price is for the glass item only.
Postage cost is for second class, tracked delivery of a tube. We apologise for the cost of postage but this is a longer item and does not fit into the lower price postage criteria. Any overspend on postage it always returned to the buyer.
