This design was created as a gentle way to bring stained glass into everyday life. The box adds a small moment of colour and calm to a room while keeping precious items safe and easy to find
Safety information
This item is glass and therefore breakable. Please handle with care and secure the item to a fixed point. All edges have been ground to remove sharpness. Consider how you display the glass and that it is in a safe location away from wagging dog tails or small hands! Lead solder has been used but this is very low risk. However, I always wash my hands after handling to reduce the risk to zero.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
This listing is for one stained glass trinket box. It measures about ten centimetres square and three and a half centimetres high. The lid simply rests on top of the box and lifts off easily.
Each section is hand cut and crafted using the Tiffany foiled glass method. Every piece of glass is wrapped in copper foil, soldered and cleaned and sometimes finished with patina. Craft glass has natural variations that make every box original. Colours are shown as accurately as possible in the photographs.
A stained glass trinket box appeals to people who enjoy small handmade pieces with a touch of colour and light. It suits anyone who likes to keep rings, earrings, keepsakes or tiny treasures in a special place. It makes a thoughtful gift for birthdays, thank you presents, new homes or for someone who simply loves stained glass and wants a little beauty on a bedside table or desk.
Please ensure that you place (and secure) your glass in a safe location; if the piece falls it is likely to break. The item is not a toy.
Price is for the glass item only.
Postage cost is for a 48-hour tracked, small parcel. My apologies for the additional cost but this item will need to be well wrapped to ensure it travels safely through the post.
