These pink hearts were inspired by the soft, hopeful quality of streaky glass and the way the colour shifts when held up to the light. The partially transparent areas create a gentle glow that feels warm and uplifting, almost like a small moment of calm captured in glass. Choosing the right sheet is a mindful part of the process — the streaks and variations give each heart its own personality before the shaping even begins.
The Tiffany method brings a lovely rhythm to the making. As each curve is cut, foiled and soldered, the heart shape becomes a small symbol of care and connection. Creating them as a pair adds a sense of togetherness — two hearts that belong side by side, similar in form but each with its own tiny differences that make them feel alive in the light.
Safety information
This item is glass and therefore breakable. Please handle with care and secure the item to a fixed point. All edges have been ground to remove sharpness. Consider how you display the glass and that it is in a safe location away from wagging dog tails or small hands! Lead solder has been used but this is very low risk. However, I always wash my hands after handling to reduce the risk to zero.

Full description
This listing is for a pair of medium stained glass hearts, cut from a beautiful streaky pink glass that is partially transparent. When the light shines through the streaks, the colour glows softly, giving each heart a warm and delicate brightness. This shade is one of several available, and the final photograph shows the full range if you are looking for other colours.
Each heart measures around 9 cm in height and 9 cm in width, and each one has its own separate hook for hanging. The glass has natural variations in tone and pattern, so there may be small differences from the photographs shown.
Each heart is made using the traditional Tiffany foiled glass method. Every piece of glass is hand cut, edged with copper foil, soldered and cleaned. Craft glass often contains tiny textures and streaks that catch the light beautifully, giving each heart its own character. The colours in the photographs have been shown as faithfully as possible.
These hearts look lovely in a window, on a wall hook, or as part of a seasonal or romantic display. They make thoughtful gifts for anniversaries, weddings, Valentine’s Day, or simply as a gentle message of love, friendship or appreciation.
Please ensure that you place (and secure) your glass in a safe location; if the piece falls it is likely to break. The item is not a toy.
