I could never find the perfect size pouch for overnight stays, so I started to make what I needed. For this set of bags, I wanted to use sturdier fabric for the base paired with stunning cotton for the top and a water-resistant lining. It gave me the opportunity to learn more about different fabric types and improve my techniques.
This fabric has a bright, joyful charm — each dog sits framed by colourful flowers, giving the pouch a playful, uplifting feel. Pairing it with the purple brushed‑cotton base echoes the tones in the print while adding softness and depth. The dark‑green lining brings a practical, grounded contrast, and the fuchsia zip adds a lively pop of colour. It’s made with care and intention, and I hope it brings a little everyday usefulness and cheerful character into your routine.

This listing is for one medium zipped pouch.
These handy pouches can be used for all sorts, whether part of your daily bag or on holiday. The size is ideal for sewing accessories, makeup, a shaving kit, a small notebook, medication, toothbrush, pens and pencils, or other everyday essentials. It’s a versatile pouch designed to keep useful items neatly gathered in one place.
The pouch is machine sewn with an external cotton fabric featuring a single dog on each side; a dalmatian on one panel and a dachshund on the other, both surrounded by vibrant flowers on a white background. The base is made from purple, soft to the touch Panama brushed cotton, adding structure and a gentle tactile finish. Inside, the dark green lining is water resistant to help protect the contents. The pouch closes with a fuchsia pink easy glide nylon zip, finished with a lilac zip pull

The finished item measures approximately 23 cm wide by 15.5 cm tall. The pouch expands to approximately 6 cm wide when the base is pushed down.
Postage cost is for second class, large letter, tracked delivery. Any unused package and postage costs will be refunded.
