You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Returns Policy: Hand-Turned Wood and Aviation Art Due to the nature of natural wood and vintage aircraft components, our policy covers craftsmanship issues only. 1. Eligible Returns Accepted for shipping damage or manufacturing defects. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the defect and the original packaging. 2. Non-Eligible Returns We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for damage caused by improper care after delivery. This includes: - Heat and Cold: Cracking or warping caused by placement near radiators, stoves, or exposure to extreme temperature shifts. - Water: Damage from immersion, soaking, or dishwashers. All items are hand-wash only and must be dried immediately. - Improper Use: Staining or mould caused by leaving wet or acidic foods on the wood, or storage in humid environments. 3. Care Agreement By purchasing, you agree to follow the Care Instructions provided in the product description or included with your shipment.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
