All of the jewellery pieces in this Folksy shop are handmade by myself in a lovely, shed studio in my back garden.
The handmade jewellery I make is inspired by nature, the coastline of my home Island of Mersea, meaningful words and the joy of simplicity.
Handmade in recycled sterling silver, recycled gold, sterling silver, copper, 14ct gold filled, and occasionally brass. Semi-precious stones, precious stones and beads are also featured in my work.

I love the combining metals such as gold and silver together, and this ring has the added delight of a beautiful tanzanite stone set in this ring.

Full description
A beautiful blue-violet tanzanite semi-precious stone has been set in a handmade recycled sterling silver ring. Next to the stone sits a recycled 9ct yellow gold heart.
The tanzanite is 4mm across and is a round cabochon shape.
The silver ring band has a thickness of 2 millimetres and has a round profile, making it really comfortable to wear.
Recycled silver and recycled gold have exactly the same quality as virgin mined silver, but they are a more environmentally sustainable alternative as mining causes harm to the environment and people.
This ring would make an ideal gift for a December birthday as tanzanite is one of December's birthstones.

The ring is posted by Royal Mail special delivery. This service does require a signature.
