I’ve always been fascinated by the Great Crested Newt – there’s something almost magical about spotting one gliding through the water. With their bold orange bellies and dragon-like crests, they feel like a secret from another time, hiding in the quiet edges of ponds. This pin is my little celebration of their beauty and the joy of seeing one in the wild.

A little spark of pond edge magic comes to life in this hand painted wooden great crested newt pin. Each piece is laser cut from eco friendly plywood, individually painted by hand and finished with a secure metal pin and butterfly clasp, capturing the newt's bold crest, speckled markings and gentle, secretive character in a small, wearable keepsake.
The size is approximately 3.5cm x 4cm.
As each pin is painted by hand slight variations may occur.
