By law, any silver article weighing 7.78 grams or more must be independently tested and stamped with an official UK hallmark. You can shop with total confidence knowing that: Pieces over the legal weight requirement are sent to an official UK Assay Office for full hallmarking. Pieces below the statutory weight are exempt from compulsory hallmarking. Every piece of jewellery I create is crafted from the exact same premium, ethically sourced recycled sterling silver, regardless of whether it meets the mandatory weight limit for a physical stamp. Useful Information
You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
