Custom orders are always welcome. If you would like a different colour, a pot with drainage holes, an option suitable for outdoor use, or a UV protected finish for a sunny spot, please send me a message and we can chat about your ideas.
Custom pieces are made to order and may take up to 14 days to dispatch. Ready made items are usually dispatched within three working days.
Every order is wrapped in tissue paper and carefully packaged using reused materials wherever possible. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 so you can follow their journey.
Please note that colours may vary slightly between screens and in real life, but the listing photos are taken to represent the piece as accurately as possible. Handmade mineral pieces are best kept out of strong direct sunlight to help maintain their colour over time.

The Pocket Hug design was created as a simple, flat token that could travel easily on keys or a bag without feeling bulky or fragile. I wanted something small, lightweight and durable that could act as a quiet reminder of connection throughout the day.
The rounded oval shape keeps the design soft and friendly, while the wide eyes and subtle feather texture give each owl its own character. The engraved heart details are a small symbol of care, designed to be noticed up close rather than shouted from afar.
The idea behind a Pocket Hug is straightforward. It is a tiny physical object that carries emotional meaning. Something you can attach to your everyday essentials, so even when someone cannot be there in person, the reminder can stay with you.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Rose quartz pink pocket hug owl keychain handmade from polymer clay. This small owl key ring has a soft pearlescent pink finish, bright yellow and black eyes, textured feather detail and tiny embossed heart accents. It is made to carry on keys, a bag or a backpack as a small everyday reminder that someone is loved.
The owl is made from my original Emotional Support Owl design and has a flat oval shape that sits neatly against the Pocket Hug card. It is attached to a short silver tone chain with a split ring, so it can be removed from the card and used as a keychain, bag charm or travel bag charm.
Each owl is individually handmade from polymer clay, then finished by hand, so every one has its own small differences in colour, texture, shape and expression. The soft rose quartz pink tone has a subtle shimmer that catches the light without looking too bright.
It is presented on a Pocket Hug card with a printed poem, making it a thoughtful small gift for a friend, partner, loved one or anyone who may appreciate a little token of care.
Decorative keepsake intended for ages 14 and over. Contains small parts. Keep out of reach of children.
