Welcome to my online Folksy shop and thank you for popping by.
I'm a bear and textile artist, designer and creator of unique hand embroidered heirloom keepsake bears and collectables.
I'm happy to send my items direct to a recipient on your behalf and I can personalise or rename bears, just drop me a line.
Due to new regulations sadly I can no longer post to Europe or NI.
I have taken US postage off my items, this may be a temporary measure until I have time to look into the new commodity codes, regulations and postage so please contact me if you are wishing to purchase an item and I will look into it.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Alara, a little forest dwelling elf bear, hand sewn and embroidered luxury bear by Bearlescent.
Meet Alara, a Turkish elf name meaning Elvin or water fairy, the name of a beautiful water goddess in Turkish mythology.
Alara is one of my Signature style elf bears with beautiful delicate hand embroidery to his body fronts. Hand sewn with triple seams to the right side of the fabric for added strength.
Alara stands at approximately 6.75" tall and was handcrafted from 100% wool felt in beige marl which is actually a lovely old gold colour. Adorned with floral hand embroidery in golds, mustards, greens and with tiny grey accents.
Alara is fully jointed with cotter pin fitments and has Black embroidered facial details.
Finished with a little elf hat and neck ruffle in moss green wool felt and a little gold bell.
Alara has been added to my bear register and will arrive with birth certificate. He wears his name on a wooden tag and Bearlescent is to the back of one ear on a polymer clay button.
Alara is a gentle soul with a sweet smile, he would make a lovely keepsake gift or a unique addition to a bear collection. Perfect little gifts for bear lovers, they don't take up much room and they all have one in common they each have a smile which is sure to brighten up someone's day. The woodland elves work hard in the forest, Alara is an Autumn elf so he gathers food by day to hide way for the winter months.
My bears are ready to gift, placed in a tissue filled new postal box with handmade tags, I can also send direct to a recipient on your behalf and add a hand written note at your request.
Alarm will be posted Royal Mail Tracked 48 parcel post.
Alara has been designed as an adult collectable bear only and due to his delicate nature and cotter pin joints he is not suitable for children under 14.
