About this item
A beautiful patchwork quilt composed of red stars ,set between snowy white squares. The stars are made from a vintage Christmas fabric, featuring holly sprigs on a red background. The stars are set between snowy white squares and the quilt is bound with the same holly fabric as the stars. The back of the quilt is pieced with different Xmas fabrics and plain white cotton fabric. It is machine quilted in a diagonal pattern and the binding has been handsewn to the back. The back also features a handsewn, English paper pieced patchwork star. The wadding is 80/20 cotton/polyester. Fully washable at 30 deg on a delicates/wool cycle and can be tumble dried on Low. Quilt measures approx 70" (inches) x 58" (inches) and is photographed on a standard double bed.
