An eyecatching, modern baby quilt or playmat. Using modern cotton fabrics in a chevron design ,the patchwork is a step away from more "traditional" baby quilts. A deep green/cream polka dot fabric combines beautifully with an elegant yellow floral fabric and a simple cream cotton. backed with plain cream cotton and bordered with the deep green/cream polka dot fabric. Measures 35" x 35" (inches). Wadding is 80% cotton/20% polyester. Fully machine washable at 30 degC on wool/delicates setting. Tumble dry on Low.

The yellow floral fabric was the starting point for the quilt. I wanted to try a different design and ,as I rarely make "traditional" baby quilts,this design was perfect.
