Welcome to Les Bijoux d’Amandine, where jewellery is made by hand, allowing time to take its place.
I work mainly with brass, copper and silver, as well as stones and beads to create textured pieces that celebrate the character of materials and the marks of time.
I am drawn to plants, especially the intricate beauty of foliage. The delicate lines of leaves, their natural textures, and the way they interact with light inspire much of my creative process. In designing these earrings, I wanted to merge my love for hoops with the organic beauty of plant life. On the outside, a brushed finish adds depth, providing contrast to the foliage pattern incorporated on the inside.

Full description
These handmade brass hoop earrings combine clean lines with a striking textured pattern.
The inside is heavily textured to create a bright, highly reflective surface that catches the light beautifully as the earrings move. This contrasts with the soft satin finish of the outer surface, giving the hoops a distinctive look.
Lightweight and comfortable to wear, they feature gold-filled hand-shaped hooks that complement the warm brass. Gold filled also known as rolled gold comprises a solid layer of gold (14k) permanently bonded to a base metal, such as brass. Unlike gold plate, it is very hard wearing and will not peel or flake. It is commonly used as a more economical alternative to pure gold.
A pair of silicone stoppers is included for extra security.
To preserve the shape of the earrings, gently use the natural flexibility of the hoop when opening and closing rather than bending the hook itself.
