Full description
This one-of-a-kind scarf has been designed and handwoven by me on my table loom using 100% lambswool. An all-over diamond woven structure gives the tartan subtle texture, while soft shades of light grey, yellow, pink, dark green and blue create a fresh, contemporary colour palette.
Made from 100% lambswool and designed to last for decades with proper care, this scarf is a thoughtful alternative to fast fashion and is intended to be enjoyed for many years.
Every stage has been completed by me, from weaving the scarf on my table loom to twisting the tassels, washing, trimming, attaching the label and pressing the finished piece. This is a one-of-a-kind design and will not be remade, making every scarf I make completely unique.
Each scarf takes between 10 and 20 hours to create, from preparing the loom and weaving the cloth to the final finishing touches.
