I'm a bear and textile artist, designer and creator of unique hand embroidered heirloom keepsake bears and collectables.
I'm happy to send my items direct to a recipient on your behalf and I can personalise or rename bears, just drop me a line.
USA CUSTOMERS - The shipping prices in my shop now include the new UK/USA shipping tariff & postal delivery duties paid.
Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) is a service whereby duties are handled by Royal Mail and the overseas delivery partner so that the recipient does not incur any additional cost at the doorstep. Instead, VAT and duties are calculated and collected at the point of sale and paid to the relevant tax authorities locally via Royal Mail.
If I overcharge on postage I will refund the excess.

One of a kind, hand dyed artist teddy bear, a collectable dressed bear by Bearlescent, perfect for the adult collector or as a special keepsake gift.
Meet Eddie, 12" tall and handmade from an original Bearlescent pattern using a quality hand dyed alpaca fabric in charcoal grey with hints of green.
Eddie is fully jointed with cotter pin fitments, has black safety eyes fitted and a hand embroidered nose.
Eddie is traditionally styled, he has a lovely nature and a gentle sweet face, he would happily fit into any surroundings, perfect for the adult collector or as a special heirloom gift for Fathers day, birthdays, anniversaries, for a friend or family member.
Eddie wears a hand knitted hoodie sweater in salmon pink dk acrylic and wool yarn, herringbone tweed trousers in charcoal grey with a little flat cap resting between his ears to match and is finished with little brown faux leather shoe boots.
He wears his name on a wooden tag and Bearlescent is to the back of one ear on a polymer clay button.
Eddie has been added to my ever growing bear register and will arrive with birth certificate. He has been designed as an adult collectable bear only and is not suitable for children under 14 as he has traditional cotter pin joints.
Eddie will be carefully wrapped and sent by Royal mail tracked 48 parcel post. My bears are sent gift wrapped in tissue paper in new postal boxes with handmade tags ready to gift. I can also send direct to a recipient on your behalf and include a hand written note on request. All of my bears can be personalised with a name change or I can make a cross stitched sash for the bear to wear with wording of your choice, see photo for examples and please message or leave a note at checkout to discuss. Change of name and extra gift wrapping, sending direct is all free of charge but a hand stitched sash would be extra and price is dependant on size and wording, I am happy to offer a no obligation price for this.
